I’m on a butterscotch kick. Remember my Harry Potter Butterbeer Microwave Cake in a Mug? Well, I’m trying to recreate that taste in a cocktail. It’s a hard job, but someone had to do it! After several attempts, I made the perfect Butterscotch Martini cocktail that tastes a LOT like Butterbeer from Hogwarts. YUM!
When I tried other Butterscotch Martini recipes, they were way too strong and didn’t taste good at all. I toned down my martini to be enjoyable and something I would want to serve at a party and drink myself.
