Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Cheese Balls
These amazing Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Cheese Balls are a healthier version of fried cheese with a spicy twist! Borden® Cheese is truly pure, creamy goodness that will transform your favorite game day recipes into something memorable. These delicious crunchy, cheesy, spicy air fryer chicken balls will definitely be memorable among your friends and family!
When Borden® Cheese asked me to share a game day recipe featuring their delicious cheese, it was a no brainer to do something with my air fryer.
Don’t worry if you don’t have an air fryer, you can still make this fabulous Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ball recipe using the traditional frying method.
What is an Air Fryer?
The air fryer is a less messy, quick and healthy way to fry your food. We LOVE ours! I got mine at Costco, but I’ve heard great things about this one. My son and husband have been using it non-stop. For a couple of guys who never cook, I’m amazed by the things they are frying up in the air fryer.
My husband hosts a party each year for the big game. His game day parties always crack me up, because he doesn’t invite anyone but our kids and me! This recipe will be the perfect snack to serve my crew.
Easy Game Day Recipe
Served with blue cheese dipping sauce and celery, this is one game day recipe that will be gone in minutes. Be sure to make a few batches! Make them ahead of time, refrigerate then bake in your air fryer when you’re ready to serve.
These only take 10 minutes of bake time! Healthy, wholesome and fast is a winning recipe for sure!
When I want even more melty coverage, I like to use Borden® Cheese Thick Cut Shreds. Ideal for melting, Borden® Cheese Thick Cut Shreds offer a wider shred that is nearly five times larger than traditional shreds, delivering smooth, creamy coverage to my favorite cheesy recipes.

These Chili Party Ideas with Free Printables is a simple dinner party you can quickly throw together. There is NO cooking involved, only heating up chili and dicing toppings. So easy!
Fun Chili Party Ideas and Printables
Host a simple Chili Party with these fun dinner ideas! As much as I love a good homemade meal, sometimes it’s just way easier to buy ready made meals. Earlier this week, I hosted a Wolf Brand Chili dinner party with some friends while LIVE Tweeting about it.
Confused? Believe me, my friends didn’t know what that was either. ha! Basically, I just talked to people on Twitter about what I was doing for the party. It was super fun and I heard our hashtag #1TexasChili was trending for a while. I guess a lot of people like chili, especially during this season of fall weather and football season!
I’m excited to share my party with you today because it’s a very simple idea and something you can quickly throw together. There is NO cooking involved, only heating up chili and dicing toppings. That’s my kind of party!
I think these cute free printables and these chili party ideas would be perfect for a fall party, birthday dinner or football party buffet.
We had a Chili Bar full of all kinds of toppings to try on your chili. If you haven’t tried Wolf Brand Chili in a while, now is the time. My friends all agreed that it was great. These are women that love to cook homemade chili and probably haven’t tasted this brand in a while. I love it because it’s not only tasty, but fast and easy! After doing many taste tests, we gave it two thumbs up.

Chili Party Toppings
There are so many great ideas for chili toppings! Along with the usual, cheddar cheese, cornbread, crackers and onions, I had the following toppings. Tortilla chips, Fritos, banana peppers, red peppers, red onions, avocado, chives, tater tots, blue cheese, smoked gouda cheese, hot dogs, sour cream, mustard and ketchup.
Chili Party Supplies
I had small cups and spoons available for everyone to sample toppings before they decided on what toppings they would choose for their final big bowl. We all ended up just using the small cups and getting full from taste testing. It was really fun!
The top three favorite toppings were smoked gouda cheese, Fritos and avocado!
Coming in a close second was blue cheese. My husband told everyone he thought you only needed a few crumbles, that a little goes a long way. He was right! Just a few sprinkles of blue cheese was heavenly.
The kids loved the tater tots and really, so did I! I actually loved mixing all of the veggies together. I like the red pepper because it gave the chili some crunch. But some didn’t like their chili crunchy.
My son just realized that he likes chili after going to a cub scout camp out and he was all over this taste test. It was fun to create something that both kids and parents enjoyed together!
Chili in a Jar
There was so much chili left over that I made up layered Chili in Jar to store in my fridge for later. With good canned chili like Wolf Brand Chili, this is so simple and really cute! My free printable circle tags work perfect on the jars.

This funny football wine bottle label makes a great hostess gift for a football party or a tailgate party. If your spouse loves football, this free printable wine label is hilarious and often true!
Funny Football Wine Bottle Label
A funny football wine bottle label is perfect to bring to your next tailgating or football party! At the time I designed these wine bottle labels, the New England Patriots were headed to the Super Bowl again. With a husband from Boston who is also a huge football fan, this football quote summed up the past few Sundays for me! ha!! I make a lot of great football printables, but this might be my new favorite!
I don’t know what it is, but even my son tunes out each time a football game is on. Just a few nights ago, I caught them watching a recording of a game that they had already seen. Really??? They tried to trick me by saying it was live and I should tweet about it. It was not a Monday night or a Sunday, plus they couldn’t looking at each other without giggling… I wasn’t fooled.

Every year our family throws a big Super Bowl party. To be honest, I like sports but I’m not much of a sports fan. However, I do like parties! With 4 crazy-hyper kids that need to be included, I spend a lot of time thinking about food, games and fun. Here are my favorite Super Bowl party ideas to keep the sports-lovers, haters and littles involved and happy during your big Super Bowl party.
SUPER BOWL BINGO
Bingo is a MUST! We keep kid and adult prizes for the first one to call out Bingo. This is anything from a special drink, candy, or a dollar-store toy.
SheKnows has put together a fabulous set of Bingo cards. Visit their site HERE then click on each card to print. It’s important to print each card to have variety for the Bingo cards. Print on cardstock to make stronger cards.
SUPER BOWL ‘GET UP AND MOVE’ GAMES
Just because the Super Bowl party is where you sit and watch TV doesn’t mean you can’t do anything else. We like to keep things moving for those that get tired of sitting (or the game, wink-wink), as well as the goo-gobs of kids we have running around.
This game is named FACE GOAL!
You’ll need two players and mini stuffed footballs (I’m not opposed to using marshmallows either). Have one player stand about 10 yards away from the other player and give them a bucket of small footballs. The second player will stand with their hands upright in field goal/touchdown position. To play, the first player must hike footballs (like hiking a football) underneath their legs into the the field goal of the other person, without hitting them in the face. The footballs only count if they go through the player’s arms, not above or around them. First team to hike 7 footballs through the field goal wins.
SUPER BOWL PREDICTION GAME
31 questions of guessing fun! Winner is the person with the most correct answers! Make it a little more fun by asking guests to bring $1 for their card — winner takes the pool!

SUPER BOWL COMMERCIAL BINGO
We make a hard rule in our house that no Super Bowl commercials can be watched BEFORE the game. What’s the fun in that?! This makes commercial bingo even more exciting on game day.
PERSONAL VEGGIE AND DIP CUPS
I have done personal veggie and dip cups the past few years and love them. These keep little hands out of the community dunking bowl (let’s be honest–where have their hands been?!). It also creates less stress for those that just can’t take double-dippers and let’s ranch lovers bask in the joy of their own ranch (add more if you want!)
I love to have something that the kids can help me with. They really like getting involved in all the decorating ahead of time, but I also try to find an easy “thing” they can do while all the adults are mingling. We have loved creating football brownies. These are pretty easy because all you need is a football shaped cookie cutter! Make your brownies ahead of time and cut the shapes out (or let the kids do this part if they can). Buy pre-made frosting in tubes and let the kids decorate as footballs!
CUSTOMIZED SUPER BOWL DECORATIONS (PRINTABLE)

Sure you could go spend a fortune at the party store, but why when the wizards of the internet have FREE printables all over the place…and they are darling! How to Make Brown Sugar Bacon Chex Party Mix
Of course, you’ll need Chex Cereal! I’m so addicted to Wheat Chex that I always have some in the house.
How to Use Bacon Safely in Chex Mix
I used bacon seasoning in place of fresh bacon. Since bacon needs to be refrigerated, I didn’t want to chance my Chex Party Mix getting soggy in the refrigerator.
If you want to use fresh bacon in your recipe, be sure to eat the Brown Sugar Bacon Chex Party Mix within two hours after cooking the bacon.
Omit fresh bacon if giving as a gift or serving at parties where it will be out for hours. Any bacon flavored seasoning will work. I found some bacon and chives seasoning at my grocery store and it turned out fabulous!

Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip baked in only 10 minutes! A great Instant Pot pressure cooker recipe when you need a simple, fast and delicious appetizer.
I love making Spinach Artichoke Dip and realized that I had never put my recipe on the blog! Well, this time for my husband’s Super Bowl party… I tried making this recipe in my Instant Pot pressure cooker. What an easy way to make this dip! It bakes in only 10 minutes! SO FAST!!! I hope you try this. If so, please let me know!
Super Bowl Party
Note, that I said “my husband’s” Super Bowl party. I have to tell you about our family tradition that’s been happening for many years now.
This party cracks me up, because it’s the ONE day of the year that my husband plans and decorates the party around here. It’s a party that nobody is invited to! Well, my husband, kids and I are invited, but that’s it. Nobody else is allowed. (Although some friends stopped by un-announced one year, and since they followed the rules of the party, now they are allowed to come! ha!) Yes… there are rules, decorations, games and lots of great prizes!
Not only are the rules funny, but he decorates with flowers and balloons. I’m NOT allowed to help, at all. When I do, I get in trouble. ha! This year, I did sneak in the Spinach Artichoke Dip:-)
I have to admit, each year, his party decorations and prizes get better and better. This year, there are quiz questions and for each one we get correct, we get $5! It’s always a great time for our family. I’m sure our kids will never forget this fun family tradition.
How to Make 10 Minute Spinach Artichoke Dip
The post 10 Minute Spinach Artichoke Dip | Instant Pot Recipe appeared first on Living Locurto.
Earlier this month, the Clemson Tigers made history, beating the Alabama Crimson Tide in a showdown-to-the-end college Football championship game. But it wasn’t the way they played that made me love Clemson (who I had actually never been a fan of), it was the way their head coach, Dabo Swinney, led the team off the field… that’s where the real lessons are learned.
Here’s what he said after the win:
“I believe God doesn’t save you from things; he saves you through them.”
He was quoted saying this when asked about his troubled childhood with an alcoholic father who left the family. As the youngest of three sons (and the only one still at home when his parents divorced, Dabo worked hard to help his family financially, literally cleaning gutters, to support his single mom. Instead of focusing on the negative aspect of this, he focuses on how God has saved him through them. He truly believes it was the cards that God purposefully handed him. He has worked hard for everything he’s received.. Including bringing the national championship title back to Clemson.
We all have our stories. It might not be as drastic as being raised by an alcoholic father but imagine if we could take this perspective? God needs us to go through hard things so that he can save us through them.
“Let the light inside of you always be brighter than the light that’s shining on you! If you focus on this, you’ll be OK.”
This was his pre-game talk with his team before taking the field in the biggest games of college football. He believed that ‘only God could do this’ and he led his team to believe this. He knew that they would have a big light shining on them as champions but what is most important, is that they are letting their light inside of them burn bright!
How often do we let the external things weigh more heavily on us than what we can control? I know I have. I’ve allowed the light inside of me be a bit dim by the kudos or external light that is shining on me. But here’s the thing, people can think 1000 different things about us. If we don’t believe it about ourselves, we will never be champions.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this! Watch my Facebook LIVE and share your comments!
