If you’re feeling patriotic, these red, white and blue cake mix cookie bars are for you! They are the perfect treat for a Fourth of July barbecue, Memorial Day Picnic or a kids baking project for a lazy summer day. I’ve been dying to try the blue velvet cake mix and I was not disappointed-it’s light vanilla flavor pairs perfectly with the classic red velvet richness. These red, white and blue cake mix cookie bars are just the best.
Like all of our cake mix cookies, these come together so easily and only require a few things!
Red White and Blue Cake Mix Cookie Bars
1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix (or other red cake mix)
1 Box Blue Velvet Cake Mix (or other blue cake mix)
4 Cups White Chocolate Chips
10 TBSP Melted Butter
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix Red Velvet Cake mix in one bowl with 2 eggs, 5 Tbsp Melted Butter and 2 cups White Chocolate Chips.
- In a second bowl, Mix Blue Velvet Cake Mix with 2 eggs, 5 Tbsp Melted Butter and 2 cups White Chocolate Chips.
- Sporadically drop spoonfuls of each on a greased full size cookie sheet and spread until the cookie sheet is covered.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
